The real deal or a total steal?

Staff are genuinely cute, and the spa provides invaluable relaxation after a long day on the slopes.

The decor seems a tad dated, and maintenance issues have been reported, affecting the overall comfort .

Exceptionally comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a safe, central heating and television with satellite channels in the room.

Our family room was small and charming but well-appointed for a family of 4. Breakfast was a treat and the staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location to lifts, shops, ski school and restaurants.

Room size is too cramped for comfort!!! More hooks needed for ski gear!!! Heating inconsistencies left some rooms uncomfortably cold!!! The bathrooms seriously require updates and brighter lighting!!!

The hotel was very comfortable and convenient for ski lifts. The room was very nice. The spa was relaxing. Staff were friendly. All round it is a very good hotel. We only ate in the hotel once and prices were compatible with most restraunts and food of good quality but choice was a bit limited.

The hotel has no parking and it is necessary to use a public car park which can get very full. 4 days cost about 52 euro so plan to add this to the cost of your stay. Loading and unloading the car can be a problem as there is limited parking space outside the hotel and if the space is taken you block the road or are forced to keep going around the block until it is free.

Had a cozy room, but the hot water was spotty .

I liked the bar it was very cosy and the decor was very nice.

Our room was a little noisy-we could hear the tv in the room next door and a lot of noise outside.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

I received a phonecall from hotel to say no room available for stay aprox 6 weeks before due to go. Eventually they said they would find room which was uncomfortably small and overall very disappointing, friends who booked at the same time and paid the same rate were given much better room.

We had a fantastic time with a lovely, spacious room that was incredibly comfortable! Breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The only downside was the unreliable shower.

Delightful views and warm enough and big size rooms. Very comfy beds and EXCELLENT service. Location so close to 3 ski lifts suitable for all abilities as well as Mountain.

Not very friendly staff!

The room was spacious and super comfy, with a nice blend of antique furniture and modern touches. The lighting was just right. Loved the clean bathroom and daily tidying. But the noise from a nearby plant room was a bit annoying. A little more space would have been nice since it felt a tad cramped with all our luggage.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, always making sure our needs were met. Oh, and the food was amazin! Every night was like a restaurant experience. Breakfast was good too, with fresh breads and pastries. The spa was really nice after a long day of skiing, relaxing in the jacuzzi is the best.

This was a great match for a fleeting trip in Val-d'Isere, offering great value. The cosy atmosphere next to the cute log fire made unwinding after skiing perfect. Make sure to ask about the wine options because the selection is excellent.

The spa was a perfect retreat after skiing, and the dinner was fantastic, especially the cheese selection! A bit more space in the room would have been nice.
